Scanning and Oral History Day

September 8 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Latinos, African Americans, Asian Americans, and the LGBT community make up over 42% of Arizona’s population but are only represented in 0-2% of known archival collections.

Your story is important! Let’s reclaim and preserve Arizona history for future generations!

Bring your special photographs and documents and we’ll scan it for free! Also, learn how to preserve stories and memories using StoryCenter listening stations.

This event is free, open to the public, and kid friendly. Food will be provided.

Co-hosted by Palabras Bilingual Bookstore, Trans Queer Pueblo, and ASU Library.
