March 11 @ 11:30 am - 12:30 pm

John Jennings, Edgardo Miranda-Rodriguez, Sherine Hamdy, and Coleman Nye explore the importance of expanding the representations of race, religion, gender, and geographic region in comics and graphic novels on many levels, from the authors of the texts to the characters they create and the issues they choose to confront. Moderated by Phoenix-based artist Jason González.

Event will be at the Social and Behavioral Sciences Tent (# 150) just south of the Student Union on the UA Mall.
