Climate Change: Social Costs, Social Causes. Speakers at this kick-off for divesting from fossil fuels at UA will be ASU Honors Faculty Benjamin Y. Fong, author of “The Climate Crisis? It’s Capitalism, Stupid,” and UA Assistant Professor Audra El Vilaly, scholar-activist focusing on feminist geopolitics, environmental change, ongoing practices of slavery and slavery-like relations of production, and care ethics in social movements. 5:00 p.m., Haury lecture hall S107, Environmental & Natural Resources 2 Building, 1064 E.
